  1. The Solid Insulated Vacuum Recloser encapsulated with Hydrophobic cycloaliphatic epoxy materials.is single module designed for the inherently reliable, intelligent automation and environmentally friendly, completely free oil and gas. The Hydrophobic cycloaliphatic epoxy is permanent flexibility, superior surface arc tracking resistance, hydrophobic preventing continuous track from forming leakage current paths, ultraviolet resistance and high tensile strength.
  2. The mechanism is operated by a magnetic actuator which the opening and closing solenoid is respectively equipped with. As the actuator uses magnetic latching, the mechanical parts are drastically reduced, resulting from high reliability and maintenance free operation during the life time. manual open/close mechanism is with for optional
  3. The operation of recloser uses low voltage power source supplying by Potential Transformer and a fully charged battery and trip & close capacitors provide recloser operation over hundreds of open-close operations as back-up upon 48hours loss of control power.
  4. 3Pcs Current Transformer and 6Pcs(3Pcs) Capacitive/Resistance voltage Sensor are mounted in the epoxy housing. These sensors provide to incorporate the functions of an overcurrent protection relay, a ground fault relay, a sensitive earth fault relay and to measure line current, voltage, real and reactive power, power factor, demand watts and VARs, frequency and so on for SCADA substation and distribution automation.
  5. By USB Communication Port, Local operator can change setting and configuration or monitor the current data through this port to set tool with notebook computer

        • Batt Low: Battery is over discharged or charger circuit fails
  12. Gas Low (Optional): Gas Pressure low only for SF6 gas insulated switch

A/B/C phase /Ground Fault (N) & SEF LED'S, Fault indication LED'S for each phase and Earth Fault SEF indication for Ungrounded Network (Residual or ZCT input), These LED's indicate if source-side and load-side lines are energized or not. LED's are on when each of the line voltages goes up the preset Voltage ON Level, LED's are off when 3-phase voltages go down Voltage Off Level.

Voltage ON Level and Voltage Off Level are also used for Open Line Detection (Phase Loss), in which function source-side and load-side lines are detected to be open when the line voltage goes down Voltage Off Level, but once after open line, Open Line Detection is reset only when the line voltage goes up Voltage ON Level.
  15. Sync Fail LED, This LED is on, when the phase angle difference between source-side voltage (Va) and load-side voltage (Vr) is beyond the preset value. Sync Fail information as well as Open Line Detection is used together before Close Control. In Sync Fail case, Close control command should be inhibited. Simple operate, convenient and high reliability.
  16. REMOTE CONTROL Button and LED, Control position is determined Local or Remote using this button. LED is on when to Remote. Operation of this button is only possible locally but the status is monitored remotely as well. This scheme and information is used for local operator's safety.   17. BATTERY TEST Button and LED, this button is used to test battery and charger circuit. When the test result is OK, green color LED is on for 3 seconds and off thereafter, Otherwise, LED is not on . Magnetic actuators with three phase tripping and Lock out
  18. OPEN / CLOSEOPEN / CLOSE Buttons and LED's, these buttons are used to locally control (Open / Close) the switch body. Before open or close control command, check first if the control position is in Local. CLOSE: Push this button to control the switch body manually to be closed, OPEN:  Manual open control opens the switch body
