Structure
The load-break switch combined by the base, insulator, moving and static contact, arc-knife, arc-contact, arc-extinguishing chamber, transfer mechanism, energy storage spring mechanism, fuse and CS6 operating mechanism, also can applied with grounding switch and linkage equipment.
Function
1. Closing operation: when close the switch, the operating mechanism will affect the ON-spring storage the energy; until the energy is enough, the spring will release then energy to close the switch-knife closes instant.
2. Opening operation: when open the switch, the OFF-spring will release the energy, the main switch-knife will open, and then the arc-knife cut off the circuit instant.
In the instant of the cut off, it will bring the arc, the arc-extinguishing chamber cooling the arc, and then the arc will extinguish by the air.
3. The switch with the impinger limiting fuse with the tripper. When the fuse are not fusing all phases, the switch will open, should re-close for normal working.
4. The load-break switch with the grounding switch should apply with the linkage, to avoid the misoperation.
5. If the fuse can not match with the integral switch, can choose the split style.
6. The load-break switch with the auto-tripper, can apply with the electric motor equipment, then can auto-electric switch.
