33kv 2000A/2500A Vacuum Circuit Breaker with Spring Mechanism with 0.2/0.2s/10p10 Class Current Transformer

ZW39-38KV AC HV Vacuum Circuit Breake s jointly designed by HEMG and the relevant units organized by Sate Power Company. The design concept is novel. It adopts advanced technology, is of high technical level and accords with standards of IEC-62271-100, GB1984-2003 and DL403-91. 
The product mainly applies to three phase power system of AC 60Hz 40.5kV, and is used for opening and closing load currt and fault currt, special for frequent oeration locations. 

. The circuit breaker may have internally or externally attached transformers. Four internally attached transformers can be attached to each phase of the circuit beaker and the iron core of the internally attached transformer adopts microcrystal alloy and magnetic material with high conductiv1and the electrical transformers above 200An reach Grade 0.2 or Grade 0.2S. The integrated structure of the circuit breaker is compact, and the binding techniques for the secondary windings of transformers have been fully optimized, which fully ensures that afte binding the coils of the tansfomer has regular shape, free of burrs, and they will not become loosen at baking and not deformed after they are installed into the main unit, thus ensuring even electrical field.

The internally attached CT of the circuit breaker is compact, but due to the limited space inside the circuit breaker, it cannot ealize very high accuracies (for example 0.2 or 0.2S. ) at small currents (such as those below 1 OOA), and it also has small load.In addition, the maintenance, pacity increase and replacement of internally attached current transformer is not convenient compared with those of the externally attached transformer.

In the space between the vacuum interrupter and the ceramic sleeve of this product is filled with SFs gas (without internally attached CT: 0.02MPa, with internally attached CT: 0.2Mpa), ensuring that no internal condensation and moisture absorption will occur, and it can also avoid sych defects of the original ZW7 serial products as that the internally filled insulati.n materials may easily lead to air bubbles, penetrating discharge and difficulties in maintenance and repairs.
. Imported products or products made by joint venture manufacturers were adopted for major secondary electric components, so they feature high reliability.
