1. Overview
 
1.1 GW7-145D (W) High-voltage Dis-connector (Hereinafter referred to as the disconncetor),it switch under the 145kV, 60Hz high voltage lines in the no-load current, and maintenance of high-voltage lines are and other electrical equipment with live electrical lines for three-pole high-voltage electrical isolation. Which part is called earth switch, and the rest said the main switch.
The disconnector moving contacts for complex rotary motion, the existing GW7 series disconnector, principles and structure of the work had significant improved. 
  1.2 The disconnector operate with CJ ─3 for the three-phase linkage.For single grounding type disconnector, main link and ground link interlocked through interlocking board. For the doubled grounding type disconnector, it should be work in with CS9 manual mechanism.
  1.3 Ground link and main link have mechanical interlock device, manual mechanism also can increase electromagnetic lock to prevent misuse.

3. Structure and working principle
 
3.1  GW7 dis-connector is three-column double fracture ,The level of division and three-pole linkage type,also can use uni-polar,it consist of main switch .earth  switch and actuator. Main switch consist of brace, porcelain insulators and conductive portions.
 
3.2  motor process of dis-connector is a compound composed of two parts made of rotational motion ,That horizontal rotation and vertical rotary motion. Dis-connector contact system is complex rotary (See Figure A). At both ends of the base frame 1 is provided with the support porcelain insulators 3 ,At its upper end with the stationary contact base 12,in the middle of the base has a driven shaft,The shaft is fixedly connected with the rotary flange 2, An operating porcelain insulators 4 on a rotating flange. Motor drive rotate flange and operating porcelain insulators ,by positioning the trip mechanism and fork mechanism drives the movable contact rod holder 7 and moving contacts 6,synchronously rotating it from the OFF position to the closed position.In the closing position, driven by a horizontal rod 8 9 realize swing block commutation trip, movable contact rod holder 7 does not make the rotation, driven fork lever 15 about its own axis conductive rod 6 flipped so that the conductive bars on the movable contact 6 head and static contact completely closing.
3.3  A mechanical interlock between the main switch and earth switch. For interlock between the front and rear breaker, electromagnetic locks can be installed outdoors. For no grounding and grounding with CJ -3 single type operating mechanism for double ground was equipped CS9-G manual mechanism.
 
3.4  Structure and working principle of earth switch
Earth switch(see the right picture) ,the movement is by CJ -3 institutions operating lever to earth switch through a link after the conversion, driving a four-link active grounding arm rotation, due to the active arm and door type bracket and earthing pipe is composed according to the design requirements special four-link system, thus ensuring the earth switch in the closing process, the first rotary motion, near the closing position, linear motion upward, insert static inner contact, opening and vice versa.

4 Installation and Test

4.1 Installation and commissioning of each phase dis-connector
4.1.1  It is shown in Figure, the base 1 is mounted with bolts on the basis of the installation should pay attention to put the pads. And the base plate should be placed with a relative. Then check with the spirit level on the base plane is level, if not the level of the need to add shimming between the base and foundation.
 4.1.2   The three porcelain insulators are lifting in the end under the seat, secured with bolts.   4.2   When the three-phase disconncetor coupling and debug connection, all rotating parts are coated 2 # low temperature grease.
4.2.1   Installation and commissioning operating drive

5 Operation, maintenance and repair
 
5.1  Inspection when used
5.1.1  Visual inspection of the main switch closing position should be set in a straight line .
5.1.2  Main switch fracture distance is not less than 2600 MM , earth switch fracture distance is not less than 2100MM.
5.1.3 Check the main switch three-pole on the same period of not more than 20 mm, the measurement method: When either one pole piece both sides of the movable contact means contact with the stationary contact when measured in addition poles moving away from static contact between L1, L2 . 5.2  Maintenance and repair
Main switch , due to the moving parts are mounted in the middle of the conductive pipe inside the casing, seal better, it is generally two to three years before they need maintenance, but one should be under heavy filthy environments timely maintenance. Connecting rod shaft pin is directly exposed to the air, therefore, should pay attention to regular temperature grease coated # 2.
Maintenance should note the following :

6.2   The use of electromagnetic locks
