1  General
    GW1-35 Outdoor high voltage separation relationship outdoor installation general purpose isolating switch. Forthree-phase alternating current 50Hz. Rated voltage 12KV AND 35KV and below the power system. The circuit is switched on when there is a voltage without a negative voltage.. The product is in line with the GB1985 "AC high voltage isolation switch and grounding switch". DL486 order "technical conditions for AC high voltage isolating switch,The national standard DL/T593 "high voltage isolation switch equipment common order technical conditions" and the power industry standard.   
2  Using environmental conditions.

5 Structure principle
5.1GW1 - 35 switch outline and installation dimensions are shown in Figure 2.
GW1 - 35 for single phase structure. Each phase consists of a chassis, the main knife (ground knife), movable contact head, static contact head, shaft, rod insulators. Three-phase through a connecting pipe is connected, the operation shaft with rod insulators to drive the main knife switch, touch knife with trough outline form, increased mechanical strength and heat dissipation area.
5.2  GW1-35D -switch is a kind of switch on the GW1 - 35 to add a ground knife.
Equipped with CS6-2 operating mechanism after the, can achieve the main knife switch, knife cannot contract; knife switch, the surgeon can not closing the anti error interlocking requirements.
5.3  GW1 - 35 switch with CS6-2 mechanism (see Figure 1).
6 Installation and adjustment
6.1  GW1 - 35 in the installation site for three - phase connection and the operation of the motivation structure. Installation diagram see Figure 3. The 2 switch based 10 channel as channel and switch bottom mounting frame.
Vertical arrangement of frame. To adjust in the following order.
6.2 The switch is arranged on the foundation (the main contact cutter and the grounding knife in the closing state) adjust three-phase coaxial switch. 3/4 water gas pipe three switch welding connection.Then Switch fixed.
6.3  The handle of the mechanism is arranged in the same position with the switch of the switch. The crank arm is welded to the water gas pipe. Attention should be paid to the welding angle and length of the crank arm. GW1 - 35 switch principal axis welding long crank arm L = 120,W1 - 35 switch,The main knife shaft welding arm L = 120mm, grounding knife shaft welding arm L = 120mm. according to the size of welding rod installation.
6.4 Connecting the switch and the actuating mechanism with the connecting rod. Three-phase synchronization inching switch, the three phase is less than or equal to 3mm.
6.5 Switch installation adjustment is completed. Operation 20 times to check parts is loose, three-phase synchronization changes, the earthing switch is closing in place, operating mechanism can reach the designated position and lock.
6.6 After installation and adjustment, according to the following acceptance of the project.

 7 Operation and maintenance
 7.1 Before putting into operation, the contact parts of the conductor should be in good contact with each other. Switch and bus connection should be reliable. The moving parts should be flexible.
 7. 2 Operation: the switch must be cut off before the line can be operated.
 7.3 Switch shall be carried out for 12 times a year, and the following items should be paid attention to during the overhaul:
 7.3.1 Check the stability of the structure and the connection is reliable.
 7.3.2 Maintenance of conductor contact surface is in contact with the surface coated with neutral vaseline.
 7.3.3 Replace damaged parts.
