13 | Notes | ||
1 | The insulating bells will be built of silicone rubber, molded under pressure and will be firmly attached to the cover of the nucleus, by a procedure that the manufacturer to ensure that the resistance between the bells and the polymeric coating of the nucleus, is greater than the resistance to tearing of the insulating material. The total assembly will be a fully sealed unit. The types of Goma to use will be, HTV: l component of solid silicone rubber vulcanization with at high temperature (200 °C), R: Rubber component of liquid silicone that are mixed and cured at high temperature (between 100 and 200°C). Will not be accepted EPDM polymers (Ethylene Pylene Termolyner) or combinations of EPDM with silicone or other organic rubbers. Each insulator must be marked legibly and indelibly and durable in time with the following information as a minimum: name, symbol or logo that identifies the manufacturer, year of manufacture and model of isolator.
2 | The core shall be composed of glass fibers arranged within an epoxy resin resistant to hydrolysis, in such a way as to obtain maximum resistance to mechanical stress and electrical voltage. The distribution of the glass fibers in the section Kernel trnasversal, shall be uniform, free of empty and foreign substances.
3 | The fittings must be wrought iron and dip hot galvanized according to the ASTM standards to - 153, for hinges. To facilitate the maintenance, the mountings must not be performed with bolts, nuts and washers, but with safety pins of stainless steel
4 | Around the core of the fiber glass must have a polymeric coating silicone rubber isolator, one of the parts, without tips nor seams, the lining shall be uniform around the circumference of the core in the entire length of the isolator.
5 | The bells will be soft and free of imperfections resistant to contamination to the formation of surface discharge roads dry band (traking), to erosion to temperature, to the flammability and the action of ultraviolet radiation. The polymeric bells will be gray ANSI 70. Each insulator must be marked legibly and indelibly and durable in time with the following information as a minimum: name. Symbol or logo that identifies the manufacturer, year of manufacture and the isolator model-
6 | The isolators in normal use may be in an environment with different degrees of pollution, so that each ED will make the considerations in the selection of insulators under conditions of air pollution
7 | The certificates of conformity of product or of compliance with standards required in the present document, should be issued by accredited certification bodies, documentation to be endorsed by the EFA. In the case of the test reports, these must be issued by the accredited laboratories, documentation to be endorsed by the EFA. These certificates and reports, will be a requirement that the bidders submit for procurement processes. |
