Product Description

Chz2 11kv/15kv/24kv/33kv Recloser with IEC60870-5-101/104 Protocol
  1. The recloser have live tank or dead tank construction for selection, the Insulating and Interrupting Medium is Vacuum or SF6 Gas optional; if SF6 Gas dead tank construction selected for recloser, The SF6 gas used shall comply with IEC publication 60376. The auto recloser have facilities for lockout in case of low pressure with an associated indicator flag easily seen from the ground and with A pressure gauge easily read from the ground;
  2. Electrical Equipment Materials incorporated in the equipment are new and of first-class commercial quality, free from defects and imperfections;
  3. The control cubicle has interior surfaces painted with at least one primary, one finishing coat of anti-corrosion paint.  Exterior surfaces have substantially corrosion resistance with one primary coat and two finishing coats;
  4. The tank has one primary and two layers of paint on zinc powder basis applied after perfect cleaning, Parts are hot-dip galvanized, all galvanizing shall be in accordance with BS 729;
  5. The bushings are made of epoxy resin or silicon polymeric material optional, the bushings' minimum creepage distances 900 mm for 33kv and 300 mm for 11 kV reclosers respectively, the radio influence voltage shall not exceed 100 micro volts when tested at rated voltage and 1000 kHz. The cantilever strength is 4kN. Terminals shall be of either copper or aluminum optional;
  6. The auto recloser is designed for pole mounting or substation switchyard mounting optional;
  7. 3Pcs bushing current transformers for protection is single phase built in or encapsulated in bushing optional with anti-open circuit PCB built in tank or Constructed in control cable plug;
  8. 3Pcs or 6pcs capacitor voltage sensors encapsulated in bushing power or load side of A, B, C, R, S, T phase;
  9. Auto reclosers is equipped with three- or single-phase tripping and reclosing optional, then lockout after a pre-selected sequence of three- or single-phase unsuccessful enclosures;
  10. If an enclosure is successful the operating mechanism re-set to make available the full sequence of operations;
  11. Minimum four opening operations are provided with an auto reclose facility on the first three, the fourth opening shall cause lockout; 
  12. The number of fast or slow trip operations is adjustable by means of an easily accessible setting mechanism or control unit;
  13. A separate handle is provided which blocks reclosing possible by manual after the first tripping, it is available to set the recloser to lockout after any number of opening operations;
  14. It is available for a simple setting device to select the number of operations which the recloser will perform automatically and also the time delay which is applied to each individual operation and independent of the other operations;
  15. The closing mechanism is be solenoid operated whereby the solenoid during closing charges a spring which drives the tripping mechanism. Magnetic driver is available for selection, the tripping is coil initiated via commands from the control/protection system;
  16. The auto-reclosers have facilities for manual tripping and locking out by means of an external handle optional;
  17. The recloser is with 1PC Power PT 500VA connection with feeding side of the HV 11kV or 33kV side of the network, 2X17AH(7AH), 2X12V Lead Acid batteries are provided for control for 50times opening /closing operations within 24hours or 48hours off power;
  18. Separate control cabinet CHK1 is provided either mounted on the recloser tank or connected to the recloser by means of a multi-core control cable, the cabinet shall have a socket for connection to external PT power supply.  The cabinet shall be dust and vermin proof IP54. Ingress of water shall not be possible;
  19. Microprocessor-based control unit CHK1 for the recloser is with integrates the protection relays.  The control unit have RS232, RS485 Port for serial communication and downloading of information to a hand-held LAPTOP from the memory and load file to SCADA system;
  20. The following control min functions are provided on the front panel with status indicators, the control unit have facilities for remote control and indication (trip counter display location):
    1.    -       local/remote control selection
    2.    -       closing/tripping
    3.    -       auto-reclose in/out (one trip to lockout)
    4.    -       protection engaged/disengaged
    5.    -       earth fault in/out
    6.    -       sensitive earth fault in/out
    7.    -       relay status.
  21. Relay characteristics settings are performed on the front panel as well as selection of the operating sequence, Dead times and reclaim are selectable in steps, the protection system have facilities for:
    1.    -       phase faults
    2.    -       earth faults
    3.    -       sensitive earth fault
    4.    -       lightning protection
    5. Over current, EF and SEF tripping characteristics independently programmable.
    6. The phase and earth fault protection shall have standard IEC inverse IDMT characteristics and definite time. 
    7. The relays shall be equipped with in rush restraint facilities.  A counter is to be provided to keep record of the number of in/out operations.
22). Long life of mechanical is min 10000times up to 30000times, the coat color of tank and control cabinet is Grey #70, Surge arrester with mounting brackets are on the both side of power source and load optional;
23). All exposed not metal parts including of insulating materials in control and cable will be resistant to ultra violet ration
