1 APPLICATION :

This manual is only applicate for the installation, operation and maintenance of CHZ4(ZW32)-33/630-12.5 automatic circuit recloser including Recloser Control.

1.2  Warning:

4 Vacuum circuit structure

4.1  General 

ZW32 is a three-phase structure, each phase is combined of vacuum interrupter and operation insulator in the sealed pole. The permanent magnet mechanism adopts three-phase linkage, mounted in a sealed stainless-steel shell. Enclosure is with IP65. There are breather with prevent condensation unit at the bottom of the shell.
The magnetic mechanism is with interlock function to keep the operation of mechanism in good condition and keep the ON/OFF condition by electromagnetic lock. Tripping is done by a anti power of coils from a anti current .The operation power is supplied by the capacitor in the Recloser Control.
CHZ4(ZW32)-33/630-12.5 Automatic circuit recloser is with manual tripping function to keep the automatic circuit recloser at ON/OFF positions by handle the handshank out of the shell which is with indication ON/OFF ,it is easy for operator to watch conditions from the ground., the automatic circuit recloser's ON/OFF can be inspected by state of auxiliary switch .by current transformer of which rate is 400/1a CT to meter current and protect the overcurrent .The main insulated pole is poly insulating material which is anti-ultraviolet rays. The silicon rubber tube of outlet is with high creep distance. The terminal kit is 70x40x8mm T2Y tinned copper kits to connect with connector and overhead line.

Main insulated bushing is poly insulated pole with anti-ultraviolet rays, the silicon rubber tube is with creep distance more than 800mm,the diameter is 235mm.it is suitable for working environments where is very heavy polluted.
The terminals kits on the upper pole is with size 70mmx40mmx8mm t2y tinned copper terminal kits
The power side terminal kits is marked with A,B,C ,for it is operated by LV mechanism ,both side can be power side.

4.5   Current transformer 

The current metering is achieved by 3 pcs current transformers of which rate is 400:1 at side of insulated bushing side.the secondary current outlet is connected to the protect module of current transformer at terminal part of the mechanism shell and connect to the Recloser Control by control cable .

4.6  Voltage sensor

The voltage metering is achieved by 3pcs voltage sensors of which rate is 7.96v/0.4-7v at the side of insulated bushing. The secondary voltage sensor terminal is connected to the protect module of voltage at the terminal part of the mechanism part and connect to the Recloser Control by a control cable .

4.7  Manual handle for ON/OFF

The manual handle is made of stainless with barking finish ,the color is green ,the power is 20kg to draw down the handle to open the recloser.

4.9  Integration socket with control cable

 CHK4 Recloser's control cable connect Recloser Control and vacuum circuit breaker by the integration socket which include CT signal,voltage sensor signal and all the signals of coils and auxiliary switch signals, the cable length is 8m.

5 Automatic Circuit Recloser

5.1  General

  The CHK4 Recloser Control Instruction Manual describes common aspects of recloser control application and use. It includes the necessary information to install, set, test, and operate the relay and more detailed information about settings and commands.
The CHK4 contains many protection, automation, and control features. Figure 5.1 presents a simplified functional overview of the relay.
