r 66kv/145kv/245kv porcelain bushing outdoor termination, YJZW, which are widely used for outdoor high-voltage overhead lines and cable connections with anti-pollution level of Ill, and IV. They are composed of connector lug, stress cone, porcelain bushing, and wiping sleeve.
The stress cone adopt imported liquid silicone rubber injecting for med which has long-term stability of lasting hold force and electric field uniform ability. Porcelain bushing is made of high strength inorganic electric porcelain with stable performance.Porcelain bushing is using skirt structure, the overall is conical with good performance of pollution flashover resistant, climate resistant, anti-leakage marks, anti-erosion and water epellent ability. The porcelain is filled with insulating oil with excelent electrical insulation properties, which also makes the mutual dissolution or penetration between silicon stress cone and insulating oil as low as 1/1000 to ensure the long-term safety operation of the product. Our product is using multiple sealing structures which can effectively prevent the immersion of water and insulating oil. All of the seals are using imported NBR or silicon rubber material. All of the fasteners are stainless steel with good water proof seal performance.
Porcelain bushing has a lon run safety operation history more than one hundred years in the power industry, which is the best example of a mature use.

Reasonable structure: high strength inorganic porcelain, stable performance. Porcelain sleeve for Umbrella structure size, porcelain set of integral formed outside the cone, has the very good anti pollution flashover resistance, weather resistance, anti leakage marks, anti electric corrosion and water repellent ability. Multiple sealing, perfectand effective.


Composite bushing outdoor termination, which are widely used for outdoor high-voltage overhead lines and cable connections with ANTI-pollution level of Ill ,and IV. They are composed of connector lug, stress cone, composite bushing, and wiping sleeve. The stress cone adopts imported liquid silicone rubber injecting forming which has long-term stability of hol force and electric field uniform ability. Composite bushing is made of a high-strength epoxy glass fiber sleeve which is covered over anti-climate insulating silicone rubber skirt outside the bushing, the overall is conical with good performance of pollution resistant, climate resistance, anti-leakage marks, anti-errosion and water repellent ability. Filled with insulating oil with excellent electrical insulation properties, and the mutual dissolution or penetration is as low as 1/1000 between silicone stress cone to ensure the long­term safety operation of the product. Our product is using multiple sealing structures which can effectively prevent the leakage of water immersion and insulating oil. All of the seals are using imported NBR or silicon rubber material. All of the fasteners are stainless steel with good water proof seal per formance.

Composite bushing termination not only has all the advantages of the porcelain termination, but also has the following superior performance:
Mechanical property: The mechanical strength of the epoxy fiberglass of the inner layer is much better than that of porcelain bushing.
Anti-explode property: The silicone rubber skirts which covered the bushing is soft, and can effectively avoid or greatly reduce the damage after an explosion to personal or adjacent equipments, with better security than the porcelain bushing in densely populated areas.
.Transportation property: the weight of composite bushing is less than 1/5 that of porcelain bushing. The excellent mechanical strength of inner layer and the soft texture of the outer layer make a bette perfor fnance of compression resistance to collapse, effectively reducing the transpor tation and installation cost.
.Anti- climate property: silicon rubber outside has excell ent climate resistance property, polution resistant and self-cleaning ability, UV and aging resistance. In IEC60815, it specifies that the porcelain bushing creepage ratio distance is only 17mm/kV, which is a little higher than the level I of pollution resistant. While the silicone rubber creepage ratio distance is up tO 25mm/kV, reaching the level Ill of pollution resistant.
